Front desk staff was great, greetings every morning and evening. Room was nice and clean. Location was quiet and close to ammenties. No USB charger in room.
Enjoyed our stay here. It was, cool, nice and convenient having two doors to the room, one door opens to the interior of the hotel and the door opens to the outside! Shower is good and hot. Breakfast was weak (we had to pre-order a bag breakfast.
We had a decent time when we stayed here for a while, maybe a month and a half. They have a breakfast that they can prepare for you. You have to call in the evening they will have it ready. It's basically a fruit. A muffin, milk or water and a microwaveable breakfast sandwich. The ladies that clean the rooms and the front desk staff are all very kind and thoughtful. Extremely helpful in my daughter's situation of being a handicapped person. Nothing but good things to say about all of them. Thanks again.
My stay was absolutely wonderful and the manager Angela is truly an angel. The amount of intentional care I was given far exceeded my expectations. I had been stuck in the city on Christmas Day eve till Christmas afternoon due to a car issue on my way to Edmonton. Angela spent time with me searching for a place I could get my car checked when everywhere was closed, and she & her husband posted on Facebook to get help for me. They were able to get me help for my car with a much later check out, and I was set to get back on the road. Thank you so much Angela and all staff for making my stay memorable, and helping me get home in time for Christmas. My family and I are super thankful!! I really can’t thank you all enough
Needed a place to stay for one night on our travels home from SK to BC that had 2 beds and was pet friendly. We're satisfied with our choice. Pet friendly rooms are located in the back end of the motel along the back alley. There's a grass patch where the pups can do their business, and there's a bag dispenser and garbage disposal there too. They charge you extra depending on how many pets you have with you ($15 for 2 dogs). The night clerk accidentally charged us extra, which the day clerk caught and reimbursed us for the next morning. The room was nice and clean, but there was a strong perfume scent. We ran the fan on high all night which helped with the smell.
The Royal Hotel in Lloydminster was a great stay! The rooms were clean, quiet, and budget-friendly—everything you need for a comfortable stay. I liked the option of having access from the inside hall or outside like a motel, which made it really convenient. The overall accommodations were solid, and I was happy with my stay. Would definitely book again!
We were stuck in the crazy storm while heading home to Edmonton. I called another hotel and they said they would charge 30$ extra for early check in (it was 11am at that time with gusts of 110km/hr). Angela answered when I called at Royal Hotel and she said there wouldn't be any extra charge. She was so kind in the horrible weather. We checked out after 6 hrs and they only charged us for half day! What a lovely gesture! Rooms were spacious and clean. Hot showers and direct access to room from parking lot. Lovely place!
Reserved a double bed room for 3 guests. Arrived around 7:30 pm. Front desk agent was rude and said she was unsure if she had a room, that the hotel was quite full. She got us one but said she didn't know if there would be parking (we did find a spot). Everything else was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was great and the best complimentary breakfast we had at any hotel. The front desk agent was extremely kind and accommodating at check out. Even called the local Kal Tire shop for us as we had a flat tire and gave us directions. Would recommend this place to anyone travelling.
Easy accommodations for pets. Lunch bag breakfast is convenient for hitting the road. Cleaning could improve significantly but the beds and pillows were comfortable.
This place is awesome. Really nice beds, quiet rooms, nice desk, has good security and great customer service. Highly recommend for work or vacation
